Responsibilities
Step into a world-class manufacturing environment with the Manufacturing Ford College Graduate (FCG) Program
Complete six 6-month rotations at Oakville Assembly Complex, including required assignments in Materials Planning, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, and as a Production Supervisor
Engage in foundational experiences such as Kaizen events, community volunteering, and cross-functional capstone projects
Participate in core training requirements including Problem Solving, Servant Leadership, and Conflict Management
Assigned a dedicated mentor who will guide you throughout the 3-year FCG program journey
Upon successful completion, strategically placed within the Manufacturing team for continued career building
Requirements
Completion of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Business or Management (Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, etc.)
Graduated in 2023, 2024, or 2025, available for full-time work effective January 5, 2026
Proof of degree completion and Education Credential Assessment if obtained outside Canada required
On-site presence, 5 days/week
Rotational assignments may require shift work, including days, afternoons, and/or weekends
Keen interest and passion in the Automotive and/or Manufacturing industry
Demonstrates curiosity and learning agility
Excellent communication skills, including both written and verbal
Manages time and prioritizes tasks effectively
