Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of application support specialists
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain applications
- Develop and maintain application support documentation and procedures
- Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with vendors on escalated support cases and issue resolution

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master's degree in Software Engineering
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional certification
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification
