About the role
- Lead AI/ML and MLOps Engineer role focusing on delivering AI/ML projects and supporting sales activities. Engage with clients on architecture and solutioning conversations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and hands-on implementation of end-to-end ML systems
- Own technical decisions across the full stack
- Set engineering standards for ML projects
- Coach and uplift other engineers on the team
- Partner with the sales leadership team across pre-sales activity
- Lead architecture and solutioning conversations with prospects and customers
- Provide dedicated technical support to opportunities flowing through the partners sales process
- Contribute to thought leadership and demand generation
Requirements
- Strong grounding in the full ML lifecycle
- Production experience designing and building data pipelines
- Hands-on understanding of model training
- Ability to select appropriate model families
- Hands-on production experience with MLOps building blocks
- Production experience building and operating ML systems on major clouds
- Practical experience with model explainability techniques
- Familiarity with responsible AI practices
- Hands-on experience designing and shipping agentic AI solutions
- Strong working knowledge of modern data platforms
- Comfortable in a consulting setting
- Strong written and verbal communication
