About the role

Business Intelligence Summer Student at GSK supporting data analysis and commercial strategy to improve healthcare outcomes globally. Collaborating within a hybrid work environment for impactful learning experience.

Responsibilities

Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development that informs key commercial decisions.
Prepare, clean, and validate datasets from multiple sources for analysis and reporting.
Build and maintain dashboards and visual reports using Power BI or similar tools.
Support forecasting and demand planning activities for key commercial reviews.
Produce regular KPI reports and summary decks for monthly performance reviews.
Complete ad hoc analyses to answer stakeholder questions and support decision-making.
Contribute to team process documentation, training materials, and calendar coordination.

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (undergraduate or graduate) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field and returning to studies after the placement.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience or coursework in data analysis, including cleaning and transforming data.
Basic understanding of statistics and data visualization principles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Eligible to work in Canada and able to attend the Mississauga office as required.
