Responsibilities

Provide leadership and strategic direction for IIBA’s technology strategy
Collaborate closely with executive leaders and business stakeholders to design, implement, and govern technology initiatives supporting operational excellence and strategic growth
Oversee IT governance, operations, resource allocation, licensing and vendor management, compliance, and IT security
Serve as IIBA’s Chief Information Security Officer, accountable internally, externally, and to the Board
Lead and develop a high-performing, service-oriented IT function, operating with a player-coach mindset and fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and modern delivery practices

Experienced technology leader with a strong background in modern applications, infrastructure, and SaaS platforms
Proactive communicator and skilled people manager with the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
Demonstrated success working in dynamic, global, and virtual environments
Expertise in IT governance, security, and process architecture is highly desirable
