About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for IIBA’s technology strategy
- Collaborate closely with executive leaders and business stakeholders to design, implement, and govern technology initiatives supporting operational excellence and strategic growth
- Oversee IT governance, operations, resource allocation, licensing and vendor management, compliance, and IT security
- Serve as IIBA’s Chief Information Security Officer, accountable internally, externally, and to the Board
- Lead and develop a high-performing, service-oriented IT function, operating with a player-coach mindset and fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and modern delivery practices
Requirements
- Experienced technology leader with a strong background in modern applications, infrastructure, and SaaS platforms
- Proactive communicator and skilled people manager with the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
- Demonstrated success working in dynamic, global, and virtual environments
- Expertise in IT governance, security, and process architecture is highly desirable
