About the role

  • Vice President of Information Technology at IIBA shaping technology strategy and overseeing IT operations. Collaborating with executive leaders to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for IIBA’s technology strategy
  • Collaborate closely with executive leaders and business stakeholders to design, implement, and govern technology initiatives supporting operational excellence and strategic growth
  • Oversee IT governance, operations, resource allocation, licensing and vendor management, compliance, and IT security
  • Serve as IIBA’s Chief Information Security Officer, accountable internally, externally, and to the Board
  • Lead and develop a high-performing, service-oriented IT function, operating with a player-coach mindset and fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and modern delivery practices

Requirements

  • Experienced technology leader with a strong background in modern applications, infrastructure, and SaaS platforms
  • Proactive communicator and skilled people manager with the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
  • Demonstrated success working in dynamic, global, and virtual environments
  • Expertise in IT governance, security, and process architecture is highly desirable
