About the role
- Microsoft Developer responsible for Dynamics 365 solutions and ERP integration. Collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality development projects.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing solutions using X++ in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Extensions in Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Analysis, coding, debugging, and supporting the global instances of both Dynamics 365 F&O and Business Central
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional technology teams, Business Analysts, end users, and IT project leadership
- Ensure that key business requirements are delivered on time and with high quality.
- Building Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) integrated with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse
- Develop Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, data synchronization, and ERP automation.
- Implement business rules, validations, and workflow automation.
- Perform analysis and effort estimates for the development tasks and projects
- Coordination and testing of interfaces with external systems
- Identify and resolve system issues to optimize performance
- Monitor and respond to development requests and issues logged onto the Service Desk
- Coordinate with the external vendors for logging and reporting issues
- Manage extension deployment across sandbox and production environments
- Deploy solutions using Azure DevOps pipelines and managed solutions
- Create and extend Forms, Tables, Data Entities, and Reports (SSRS)
- Develop and maintain AL extensions for Business Central
- Support integrations using OData, REST APIs, and Data Management Framework (DMF)
- Develop extensions following Microsoft best practices (no over-layering)
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure and existing systems
- Develop and configure D365 BC/F&O applications to meet business needs.
- Develop and support Jet Reports for BI and data analytics
- Collaborate with functional teams to implement stable and scalable solutions.
- Review of requirements and development proposals
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development
- Experience working in enterprise or global ERP environments
- Exposure to ERP implementations, upgrades, or cloud migrations
- Strong experience with: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (X++)
- Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL)
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Power Automate
- Experience with: Dataverse
- Data / REST APIs
- Azure AD / Entra ID integration
- Understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, SCM, Operations).
