About the role

  • Pharmaceutical Representative promoting neurology and migraine treatments to primary-care professionals across Hamilton, Burlington, and Niagara. Executing territory plans, customer engagement, and educational programs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver approved product and brand messages to targeted family physicians, general practitioners and pharmacists
  • Build strong relationships with key customers in person and virtually
  • Organize and coordinate speaker programs, symposia, virtual events, exhibits, and CME activities
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities
  • Leverage customer insights and market knowledge to identify opportunities, prioritize activities, and achieve territory sales objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues and external business partners
  • Demonstrate company values and leader behaviors while adhering to policies, procedures, and the IMC Code of Marketing Practices
  • Identify and report adverse events and product complaints
  • Maintain company property, including samples and promotional materials, in good working condition

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Experience in Primary Care and/or Neurology is preferred
  • Experience organizing and supporting CME programs and educational events
  • Knowledge of the assigned territory is considered an asset
  • Strong product, therapeutic, and disease-state knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute territory business plans
  • Strong networking, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, digital engagement platforms, and AI-enabled tools
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
