Responsibilities
Achieve territory sales objectives through effective communication of prescription product information and development of strong healthcare professional relationships.
Execute territory business plans and engage customers through in-person and virtual interactions.
Support educational and customer engagement initiatives related to neurology and migraine treatment options.
Deliver approved product and brand messages to family physicians, general practitioners, and pharmacists in accordance with approved materials, company policies, and brand strategy.
Build relationships with key customers in person and virtually.
Organize and coordinate speaker programs, symposia, virtual events, exhibits, and CME activities.
Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with brand objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
Use customer insights and market knowledge to identify opportunities, prioritize activities, and achieve sales objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues and external business partners.
Demonstrate company values and leader behaviors while adhering to policies, procedures, and the IMC Code of Marketing Practices.
Identify and report adverse events and product complaints.
Maintain company property, including samples and promotional materials, in good working condition.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
Experience organizing and supporting CME programs and educational events.
Strong product, therapeutic, and disease-state knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute territory business plans.
Strong networking, presentation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems, digital engagement platforms, and AI-enabled tools.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
Experience in Primary Care and/or Neurology is preferred.
Knowledge of the assigned territory is considered an asset.
