About the role
- Full Stack Developer building Boréalis’s SaaS platform for stakeholder relationships and ESG initiatives. Designing scalable features, improving architecture, and leveraging AI within a remote Agile team.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy new features and enhancements
- Contribute to technical decisions and the evolution of the software architecture
- Ensure the quality, performance, security, and stability of applications
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement effective technical solutions
- Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, and Agile development processes
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, tools, and the CI/CD environment
- Leverage artificial intelligence tools to increase productivity, improve development quality, and foster innovation
- Stay current with emerging technologies and development best practices
Requirements
- Education in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in software development
- Excellent proficiency in Node.js and React
- Experience with Git and software development best practices
- Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written
- Experience with TypeScript, Docker, AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, GitLab, Mocha, Puppeteer, Jest, ESLint, and Cursor is an asset
- Curiosity and a constant desire to learn
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Enjoyment of teamwork and technical discussions
- Autonomy, organization, and proactivity
