About the role
- Senior Software Engineer building automation systems for insurance tech platform. Work remotely while impacting millions of users through innovative technology.
Responsibilities
- Build automation systems that handle complex insurance servicing tasks end-to-end
- Fast sprint cycles, shipping new automations in 1–2 weeks on average
- Compose backend business logic and design backend pipelines
- Optimize and scale internal tools to reduce agent intervention
- Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering ops
Requirements
- At least 5 years full stack engineering experience building production-grade software
- Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and systems design
- Problem solving and ownership mindset
- Comfort working asynchronously across teams and time zones
- Curiosity and adaptability to new tools and challenges
