- Business Operations & Analytics associate embedded across growth, product, AI, or partnerships at Jerry.ai. Driving data-informed decisions for its AI-powered physical-asset management app.
Responsibilities
- Join the central Business Operations & Analytics team and embed within growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships
- Own the analytical function for an assigned business unit end-to-end
- Define business problems, clarify the decision each analysis will inform, and challenge flawed questions
- Define metrics and build reports
- Run analyses and design experiments
- Surface data insights that move key business metrics
- Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts
- Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommend next steps
- Drive initiatives and decisions through execution
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
- Clear, persuasive communication skills
- Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level
- Comfortable with SQL or Python
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
- Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
- Tools: SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, JupyterHub, and GitHub
