About the role
- Senior Salesforce developer building and integrating Veradigm’s healthcare business systems. Supporting Kantata SX, Salesforce, Zuora and connected applications.
Responsibilities
- Build and fix Salesforce systems across the organization
- Configure, enhance and fix Kantata SX
- Improve project setup, resourcing, time tracking, revenue and billing handoffs
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Kantata, Zuora and other systems using Boomi and APIs
- Take designs from requirements to production and document architectural tradeoffs for review
- Troubleshoot production issues across connected systems
- Plan releases and follow change management and audit requirements
- Review code and mentor other developers
- Learn and support applications that connect to Salesforce
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow in production
- 2 or more years building and supporting integrations between Salesforce and other systems, using APIs or middleware such as Boomi or MuleSoft
- Experience deploying Salesforce changes through source control such as Git and a deployment tool such as Gearset, Copado or Salesforce DX
- Experience supporting Salesforce in production, including troubleshooting, release planning and change management
- Ability to explain designs and tradeoffs to business leaders and developers
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
- Visa sponsorship is not offered
- Kantata SX, Certinia or another professional services automation product is helpful
- Experience with applications connecting to Salesforce, such as Gong, Outreach, LEAH (ContractPodAI), Gainsight, Marketing Cloud or Calendly is helpful
- Experience working in an internal IT or business systems team is helpful
- Platform Developer I or II certification is helpful
- Healthcare or regulated-industry experience is helpful
- Use of AI tools in development work is helpful
