About the role
- Senior BizOps and Analytics manager embedding with growth, product, AI, or partnerships at Jerry.ai. Driving data-informed decisions for its AI-powered physical-asset management platform.
Responsibilities
- Embed within a core business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships
- Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end
- Define business problems, questions, and decision objectives before analysis
- Define metrics and build reports
- Run analyses and design experiments
- Surface data insights that improve key business metrics
- Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts
- Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommended next steps
- Drive initiatives and execution through to outcomes
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
- Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence decisions at the leadership level
- Comfortable with Excel, SQL, or Python
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
- Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
