About the role
- Finance and business operations experts reviewing documents and providing structured feedback. Supporting Mercor’s AI labs and enterprises in training frontier models.
Responsibilities
- Review, assess, and provide structured feedback on finance/business operations documents
- Ensure document quality, accuracy, and relevance
- Contribute domain expertise to high-impact evaluation projects
- Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems
- Collaborate with leading researchers
- Work independently as an engaged contractor on projects that may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
- At least 2+ years of professional experience in a relevant domain
- Background in finance, accounting, or business operations
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong document analysis and review skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines
- Must be based in the United States, Europe, UK, or Canada
- Must not be an H1-B or STEM OPT candidate
