About the role

  • On-site representative supporting TD’s banking operations through clerical administration, records, mail, and office processes. Managing routine transactions and service activities in Montréal.

Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical and administrative functions supporting department activities
  • Answer phones, direct calls, take messages, and respond to routine inquiries
  • Open, sort, and distribute mail
  • Set up files, maintain records, and perform data entry
  • Process and record routine items
  • Compile and collate reports and documents
  • Manage correspondence, memos, lists, and agendas
  • Maintain supply inventories and order office supplies
  • Manage office facilities and premises day to day
  • Gather information and resolve discrepancies
  • Provide information to internal and/or external partners
  • Prioritize workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity
  • Apply operating policies and procedures
  • Support timely and accurate completion of business processes
  • Escalate non-standard or high-risk activities
  • Participate in process improvement opportunities
  • Perform due diligence to support transaction and activity accuracy
  • Participate as a team member and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Develop knowledge in the assigned area and participate in cross-training
  • Keep others informed about day-to-day activities
  • Act as a brand champion for the business area and TD Bank
  • Complete day-to-day, weekly, and monthly routine processes with limited supervision
  • Report generally to a Team Manager

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Full proficiency gained through job-related training
  • Working-level knowledge of business unit/operational functions
  • Working-level knowledge of regulatory issues/requirements for supported jurisdictions
  • Ability to work within generally defined guidelines and across several systems or applications
  • Ability to complete transactions and activities involving low to moderate risk
  • French language requirement for Quebec: no language other than French is required
