About the role
- Senior BizOps & Analytics Manager driving analytics, experiments, and strategic decisions at Jerry.ai. Scaling its AI-powered platform for cars, homes, motorcycles, and other physical assets.
Responsibilities
- Embed within a core business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships
- Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end
- Define business problems, questions, and decisions before conducting analysis
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments
- Surface data insights that improve key business metrics
- Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts
- Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommended next steps
- Drive initiatives and decisions through execution
- Help scale Jerry from 5M to 50M customers and toward a $10B business
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
- Clear, persuasive communication skills with ability to influence leadership-level decisions
- Comfortable with Excel, SQL, or Python
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
- Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
