About the role

  • Clinical Team Manager developing electrophysiology clinical talent for Johnson & Johnson MedTech’s cardiac arrhythmia solutions. Supporting CARTO 3 procedures, training, case coverage, and commercial growth across Ontario East.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and develop EP Clinical Account Specialists alongside the Regional Business Manager
  • Directly supervise new CAS hires during their early development
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management of CAS talent
  • Collaborate with CTMs across regions on national initiatives and business opportunities
  • Oversee regional training effectiveness and optimize clinical coverage
  • Manage administrative duties including expense reporting, leave approvals, performance reviews, and technical re-certification
  • Ensure the CAS team can deliver competitive rebuttals and evidence-based customer conversations
  • Coordinate with New Technology Specialists and Product Specialists to align clinical and commercial objectives
  • Manage weekly case-support scheduling and optimize team deployment across the territory
  • Provide ad hoc case support needs in the rest of Canada
  • Provide clinical support to physicians and healthcare providers on safe and effective use of the CARTO 3 three-dimensional mapping system
  • Support the full MedTech EP product portfolio during electrophysiology procedures
  • Deliver peer-to-peer training, customer training, presentations, and collect physician feedback
  • Manage account relationships and support business and market-share growth objectives

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage and develop clinical talent within a high-performance team environment
  • 5+ years of experience in electrophysiology mapping procedures
  • Clinical and commercial talent
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
  • Approximately 40% travel within the assigned region
  • Willingness to work in hospitals/EP labs and professional office settings
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Ability to attend live patient cases and wear protective gear, including lead aprons
  • Willingness to work variable hours to meet patient needs
  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) preferred
  • 2+ years of clinical training or clinical education experience preferred
