Junior Producer coordinating Knix e-commerce and campaign photo shoots. Managing samples, vendors, assets, and budgets for an intimate apparel and activewear brand.
Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics for photo and video shoots, including sample tracking, call sheet creation, talent scheduling, on-set equipment, and catering
Serve as lead point of contact on-set for e-commerce photo shoots
Provide on-set production support for campaign photo shoots
Organize and prepare physical product samples before, during, and after shoot days
Support photography and video file management within Knix’s digital asset management tool
Partner with the Senior Producer and Art Directors to execute creative concepts through seamless photo shoots
Collaborate with external talent agencies, prop stylists, studios, and crews
Partner with Merchandising and Inventory teams to manage sample flow and product availability
Maintain accurate production statuses in project management platforms
Tag, organize, and maintain accuracy in the Digital Asset Management system
Log production expenses and process vendor invoices to keep projects on budget
Maintain product availability records in inventory and sample-tracking databases
Create an inclusive, welcoming on-set environment for external talent, models, and agency partners
Support special creative initiatives and shifting team priorities
Requirements
2+ years of experience in creative production or studio operations within a retail, e-commerce, or fashion environment
Proficient in Google Workspace
Proficient in Hive or similar project management platforms
Proficient in Slack
Proficient in digital asset management software
Basic familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools is a strong asset
Ability to translate fast-moving production details into direct, actionable updates for creatives, vendors, and cross-functional partners
Adaptable composure under pressure and ability to pivot during fast-paced photo shoots
Relentlessly curious, proactive, positive, and resourceful approach
Proactive communication and ability to build trust across teams and external vendors
Commitment to diversity, inclusion, safe, respectful, and body-positive environments on set
Ability to work from the Toronto office 3 days a week, Tuesday–Thursday
Additional on-site attendance on photo/video shoot days as needed
Some domestic and international travel may be required
