Responsibilities
Own core forecasting and replenishment for categories
Drive in-stock and fill rate performance
Become the expert understanding seasonality and product performance
Balance inventory across distribution centres and emerging channels
Identify opportunities to improve inventory productivity
Use data to influence decisions and provide recommendations
Own and evolve Quick Turn replenishment model
Build tools, improve workflows, and reduce manual work
Deliver clear, accurate reporting to aid business decisions
Requirements
5+ years of experience in retail inventory management or a related field
Strong analytical skills with key retail metrics experience
Experience with forecasting models, replenishment systems, or inventory optimization tools
Comfortable working with large datasets; SQL and BI tools experience is a plus
Advanced Excel skills and strong data management capabilities
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
