About the role

  • Consult Associate Partner leading strategic technology consulting engagements for Kyndryl, which runs mission-critical systems for global businesses. Driving profitable growth, CXO relationships, complex transformations, and high-value deal execution.

Responsibilities

  • Guide multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements
  • Create and position strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts across the C-suite
  • Address complex business and IT customer solutions and ecosystem-wide transformations
  • Drive profitable growth through signings, revenue targets, margin management, backlog growth, and business development pipeline conversion
  • Scope and negotiate engagement fees while managing profitability and risk
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client CXOs
  • Lead C-level client interactions, consulting initiatives, deliverables, and deal-engagement outputs
  • Advise and deliver on complex consulting engagements
  • Enhance client satisfaction and secure client references
  • Achieve individual and team utilization targets
  • Design complex engagements and oversee delivery performance and customer satisfaction
  • Foster personal and professional development, curiosity, innovation, and commercially focused execution
  • Shape and drive strategic initiatives using industry and technology expertise
  • Drive external eminence and innovation
  • Develop thought leadership and intellectual capital
  • Lead overall client engagements and deliver high-quality client work alongside senior client stakeholders
  • Support pre- or post-deal transactions, post-deal implementation planning, and execution

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting
  • Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level
  • Demonstrable ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives
  • Proven track record leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public sector environments
  • Financial acumen and experience driving revenue growth and managing margins
  • Experience managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and technology
  • Sound personal brand and presence in the industry
