Responsibilities
Proactively plan, submit, and manage seasonal and recurring marketing campaigns for a portfolio of golf courses
Align campaign strategies with golf course business goals, seasonal trends, and past performance
Build and launch campaigns in internal marketing platforms following established processes, templates, and QA standards
Prepare clear briefs and secure timely approvals for handoff to the marketing production team
Troubleshoot campaign challenges, escalate complex issues, and propose optimization strategies
Lead planning calls and check-ins to review performance, collect feedback, and propose subsequent campaigns
Educate customers on campaign impact using reporting dashboards and analytics tools
Teach best practices, workflows, and tools across the Lightspeed Golf ecosystem
Collaborate with Account Managers on at-risk customers and proactive retention strategies
Monitor campaign success against CTR, engagement, and conversion benchmarks
Summarize campaign insights and next steps in post-call reports and follow-up emails
Maintain campaign timelines, customer sentiment, and key touchpoints in ClickUp
Partner with Product, Support, and Digital Services teams to resolve escalations and improve service delivery
Surface market insights, campaign trends, and product feedback to drive improvements
Requirements
Experience in a customer-facing or client success role
Strong interest in marketing, advertising, or the golf industry
Ability to lead structured client conversations around strategy, campaign goals, and performance
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
Comfortable using marketing platforms, dashboards, or analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication
Organized and able to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and follow-ups independently
Fluency in English as a working language is required
Previous marketing or customer engagement experience within software or tech is advantageous
Knowledge of or experience in the golf industry is advantageous
Understanding of the sales cycle and customer journey in a SaaS environment is advantageous
Experience with HubSpot, ClickUp, Figma, Canva, Meta Ads, or Google Ads is advantageous
