Responsibilities
Proactively plan, submit, and manage seasonal and recurring marketing campaigns for a portfolio of golf courses
Align campaign strategies with business objectives, seasonal trends, and past performance
Create and launch campaigns in internal marketing platforms while following established processes, templates, and quality control standards
Ensure a smooth handoff to the marketing production team through clear briefs and timely approvals
Troubleshoot campaign-related issues, escalate complex matters, and recommend optimization strategies
Lead planning calls and follow-up meetings with clients
Use tracking dashboards and analytics tools to demonstrate campaign impact
Train clients on best practices, workflows, and tools within the Lightspeed Golf ecosystem
Collaborate with Account Managers to support at-risk clients and prevent churn
Track and evaluate campaign success based on CTR, engagement, and conversions
Summarize data and next steps in post-call reports and follow-up emails
Maintain accurate documentation in ClickUp
Collaborate with Product, Support, and Digital Services teams to resolve escalations and improve service delivery
Share market insights, campaign trends, and product feedback to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
Experience in a customer service or customer success role
Strong interest in marketing, advertising, or the golf industry
Ability to lead structured client conversations about strategy, campaign objectives, and performance
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
Comfortable using marketing platforms, dashboards, or analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, with the ability to independently manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and follow-ups
Fluency in English as a working language is required
Previous experience in a marketing or customer engagement role within the software or technology industry is a strong asset but not required
Knowledge of or experience in the golf industry is a strong asset but not required
Understanding of the sales cycle and customer journey in a SaaS environment is a strong asset but not required
Experience with HubSpot, ClickUp, Figma, Canva, Meta Ads, or Google Ads is a strong asset but not required
