Requirements
3+ years experience leading/managing software development teams.
Strong technical background, with the ability to engage in and guide technical discussions, or be hands-on when needed.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for partnering with Product, Design, and other stakeholder teams.
Proven ability to align roadmap with business objectives.
