About the role
- Fullstack Engineer at Lime evolving CX Automation systems for rider interactions. Building scalable solutions to enhance issue resolution and operational efficiency across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and delivery of Lime’s CX Automation platform across frontend applications, backend services, and workflow infrastructure.
- Architect and build scalable backend services and APIs that power high-volume rider self-service flows and internal CX tools.
- Design and implement intuitive rider-facing experiences and internal operational dashboards.
- Develop automation workflows and decision engines that take real actions.
- Partner with Product, Design, and CX Operations to translate support policies into full-stack solutions.
- Lead foundational platform investments and establish best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong backend engineering skills with experience designing reliable APIs and distributed services
- Proven frontend experience building robust, user-centric web applications
- Experience designing workflow-driven or automation-heavy systems
- Demonstrated ability to set technical direction and lead multi-quarter initiatives
- Strong communication skills and a track record of effective collaboration
