Responsibilities
Build and enhance LogiSense’s usage-based billing platform
Turn customer and business needs into reliable platform improvements
Own complex features spanning multiple application components from design through delivery
Clarify requirements and make well-reasoned technical decisions
Work with QA and Scrum team members to address testing, integration, and regression risks
Support delivered software and improve reliability in collaboration with IT and Support
Organize and prioritize work with minimal supervision
Provide realistic estimates and raise risks early
Pair with colleagues and participate in design and code reviews
Share knowledge and help colleagues grow
Improve shared code, address technical debt, and strengthen development practices
Requirements
Strong experience developing enterprise applications with C# and .NET
Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, T-SQL, and query optimization
Experience with at least one of Node.js or a modern UI framework
Practical experience incorporating AI tools into everyday development workflows, validating results, and understanding limitations
Experience designing, implementing, and integrating RESTful APIs
Ability to own complex features across multiple application components with minimal supervision
Ability to break down requirements into development tasks, identify dependencies, provide realistic estimates, and communicate risks early
Sound judgment in software design decisions and technical tradeoffs
Systematic approach to debugging, performance profiling, and optimization
Experience implementing automated unit and functional tests
Experience working with QA and Scrum team members to address integration and regression risks
Ability to understand user needs, clarify requirements, and communicate technical decisions
Ability to develop broad platform understanding and deep expertise in supported components
Ability to mentor teammates through pairing, design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
Commitment to supporting and improving software reliability
Initiative to improve shared code, address technical debt, and strengthen development practices
Strongly preferred: experience building, deploying, or supporting applications on AWS or another cloud platform
Strongly preferred: experience working within Scrum or another Agile development process
