About the role
- Full Stack Developer at AppLit building mobile apps for iOS and Android platforms. Collaborating with stakeholders and delivering high-quality software within a remote, distributed team.
Responsibilities
- Build pixel-perfect, smooth UI across both mobile platforms.
- Design REST endpoints that are easy to consume for clients.
- Maintain code quality and write automated tests for the highest product quality.
- Provide leadership skills by driving ideas into tangible products.
- Work with clients and stakeholders and ensure confidence in products delivered.
- Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks to ensure native-like performance.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Familiarity with Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Swift
- Experience with building Nest.JS backend
- Good understanding of mobile build tools like Xcode and Gradle
- Knowledge of continuous integration tools such as CircleCi or Jenkins
- Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
- Ability to work with Amazon Web Services (ECS, RDS, S3, SQS, etc.)
