About the role

  • Bilingual Associate managing insurance applications and client services in a fast-paced environment for Manulife's Individual Insurance team.

Responsibilities

  • Input and prepare life and critical illness insurance applications and contracts
  • Print, bind and assemble contracts
  • Maintain accuracy and productivity of 98% or better
  • Conduct daily research to identify gaps and potential issues
  • Manage client service needs and expectations

Requirements

  • Bilingual (French & English)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proven keyboarding skills with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage high volumes of work
