About the role

  • Contract Services Specialist responsible for processing transactions and providing client support via various channels. Collaborating with teams to improve service efficiency and handle inquiries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Review or process received transactions accurately and timely
  • Provide excellent service to clients via email, phone, or mail
  • Respond to inquiries after appropriate research and analysis
  • Determine best ways to resolve issues and process transactions
  • Collaborate with teams to manage changing volumes
  • Suggest process enhancements for service efficiency
  • Handle multiple tasks and prioritize based on workload

Requirements

  • College diploma or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual (French & English) is required
  • Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proactive and self-motivated
