About the role

  • Mortgage Renewal Specialist managing client mortgage inquiries and providing solutions for CIBC. Collaborating with teams and resolving customer issues in the Mortgage Contact Centre remotely.

Responsibilities

  • work in the Mortgage Contact Centre team
  • be a single point of access for clients to conduct mortgage inquiries
  • focus on answering routine inquiries and applying mortgage procedures
  • problem-solve client issues and provide solutions that comply with policies

Requirements

  • bilingual in French and English to serve clients
  • experience with mortgage products

  • ability to work independently as an Agent@Home with a secure workspace
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • ability to analyze financial needs holistically
