Responsibilities
Provide proactive support to corporate account offices, national accounts, independent advisors, and clients
Build strong, personalized relationships and provide exceptional support as the main point of contact throughout the new business process
Proactively follow up on all pending cases to meet service standards
Anticipate client needs and make outbound calls, send emails, or issue new business notifications
Take full ownership of assigned cases, understand their urgency level, and help resolve obstacles that may delay processing
Requirements
Bilingual (French & English) is required
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated customer service experience
Ability to adapt to different learning styles
Proficiency with Microsoft tools (including AI tools)
Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
High adaptability and comfort in a constantly evolving environment
Ability to influence, persuade, and guide others effectively
Strong research abilities, problem identification skills, and contribution to solutions
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
