About the role

  • Bilingual Customer Service Agent providing technical support for installation and maintenance of products. Working from home, building customer relations and ensuring satisfaction across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service with regard to the installation, operation and maintenance of products and applications as well as answer other types of inbound customer queries.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relations by offering personalized solutions and ensure requests are handled appropriately by coordinating with various functions within the company.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established diagnostics tools and procedures.
  • Escalate customer issues as required.
  • Responsible for accurate data input using prescribed applications.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Full time availability
  • Excellent home internet hardwired - Wifi is not permitted
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) required to answer calls from English and French clients across Canada and worldwide
