Responsibilities
- Provide customer service with regard to the installation, operation and maintenance of products and applications as well as answer other types of inbound customer queries.
- Build and maintain positive customer relations by offering personalized solutions and ensure requests are handled appropriately by coordinating with various functions within the company.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established diagnostics tools and procedures.
- Escalate customer issues as required.
- Responsible for accurate data input using prescribed applications.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Full time availability
- Excellent home internet hardwired - Wifi is not permitted
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Excellent computer skills
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) required to answer calls from English and French clients across Canada and worldwide
