Responsibilities
- You are on the front line receiving authorization requests via fax from providers
- Ensure all necessary information is obtained to process the authorization requests and resolve issues while demonstrating you’re above and beyond client focused attitude
Requirements
- You have earned a post-secondary diploma or degree for pharmacy technician
- You like helping people – this is non-negotiable
- You are a good communicator – you are clear, concise and friendly
- Bilingualism is an asset in this role; Must be comfortable using French letter templates

- Strong technical aptitude – you can multitask and navigate between multiple software applications simultaneously
