Responsibilities
Act as a technical expert and influential leader
Guide teams in the design and implementation of robust, scalable analytical solutions
Ensure architectural consistency and alignment with Group standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, innovative data solutions that fit the overall product roadmap
Help shape technical strategies by defining reference architectures, strategic directions and roadmaps aligned with the Group
Conduct architecture reviews to ensure solutions comply with standards and guiding principles
Facilitate collaboration among all stakeholders (Business / IT)
Create and maintain clear, accessible, and up-to-date architecture documentation
Share expertise and knowledge with the architecture community and wider organization
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
10+ Years in Information technology inducing 5+ years of experience in BI solution & data architecture
Strong experience in data modeling, designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and BI solutions
Experience with cloud-based data management solutions (Azure Data Lakes, Databricks), data governance (Unity Catalog, Collibra), and reporting tools (PowerBI)
Experience with AI in SDLC (Software development lifecycle), advanced analytics, and machine learning technologies. (VsCode, Gitlab, DataIku, Agents, MCP servers)
Skills in system design and optimization
Excellent communication skills in French and English, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment
Strong business analysis and strategic thinking skills
Strong customer focus and commitment to service
Ability to make informed and effective decisions
