About the role

  • Data and Business Intelligence Architect managing technical strategies and scalable data solutions at Michelin. Collaborating within a cross-functional ecosystem to tackle data challenges and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical expert and influential leader
  • Guide teams in the design and implementation of robust, scalable analytical solutions
  • Ensure architectural consistency and alignment with Group standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, innovative data solutions that fit the overall product roadmap
  • Help shape technical strategies by defining reference architectures, strategic directions and roadmaps aligned with the Group
  • Conduct architecture reviews to ensure solutions comply with standards and guiding principles
  • Facilitate collaboration among all stakeholders (Business / IT)
  • Create and maintain clear, accessible, and up-to-date architecture documentation
  • Share expertise and knowledge with the architecture community and wider organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 10+ Years in Information technology inducing 5+ years of experience in BI solution & data architecture
  • Strong experience in data modeling, designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and BI solutions
  • Experience with cloud-based data management solutions (Azure Data Lakes, Databricks), data governance (Unity Catalog, Collibra), and reporting tools (PowerBI)
  • Experience with AI in SDLC (Software development lifecycle), advanced analytics, and machine learning technologies. (VsCode, Gitlab, DataIku, Agents, MCP servers)
  • Skills in system design and optimization
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment
  • Strong business analysis and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to service
  • Ability to make informed and effective decisions
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
