About the role
- Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting full-cycle recruitment across Modaxo businesses. Sourcing candidates, coordinating hiring, maintaining recruiting records, and conducting onboarding activities.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening applicants, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and assisting hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Source active and passive candidates through job boards, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Assist in building sourcing strategies to uncover high-quality candidate pools
- Partner with senior recruiters to learn best practices and support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding
- Help promote Modaxo through recruitment marketing efforts
- Source talent for positions across business units and geographic regions as assigned
- Build candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Support recruitment events, networking activities, and talent acquisition initiatives
- Contribute to projects enhancing recruitment practices, tools, processes, and candidate experience
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, tracking, metrics, and hiring documentation in real time
- Manage hiring administration, including new hires, internal transfers, and promotions
- Conduct Day One onboarding and new hire orientation activities
Requirements
- 0–2 years of recruiting, sourcing, or related HR experience; relevant internships or coursework are welcome
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- Eager to learn, coachable, and detail-oriented
- Strong business relationship, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Action-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to understand and communicate business and role requirements effectively
- Developing skills in assessing candidate qualifications and capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a willingness to grow into more complex recruiting work
