About the role
- EHS Training Specialist designing and delivering safety training for Mosaic's phosphate and potash operations. Supporting regulatory compliance, employee development, and learning initiatives onsite in Belle Plaine.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training solutions using adult learning principles
- Facilitate training programs and coordinate third-party certification training
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple sites to support business priorities and learning needs
- Lead training initiatives from planning through execution using project management tools and processes
- Evaluate and continuously improve training programs and materials
- Develop training content using existing technologies while exploring new tools that enhance learning and efficiency
- Ensure training programs align with regulatory requirements and the Mosaic Management System (MMS)
Requirements
- High school diploma and 5+ years of related experience
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, operations, or Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) environments
- Change management experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple teams and locations
- Some travel may be required to support facilitator-led training and business needs across Mosaic locations
