Responsibilities
Act as the lead/expert resource within the team;
Provide guidance and mentorship to other Appian resources;
Ensure consistency across the various digitization processes;
Design, conceptualize, and develop automation/digitization solutions using the Appian platform to meet business needs for selected investment processes;
Develop workflows, page templates, custom components, and integrations with required systems to automate/digitize the defined pilot investment processes;
Build solutions that adapt to the different requested processes;
Manage the evolution of deployed solutions: analyze change requests in systems, assess impacts on existing automations, and propose and implement appropriate modifications;
Execute testing phases to ensure that developed or modified systems are fit for purpose;
Configure tools, environments, applications, and data required for process automation;
Serve as the operational support expert for the Appian platform;
Participate in troubleshooting and apply fixes for production issues affecting automations;
Maintain production automations and ensure their proper operation;
Adhere to development standards and update technical documentation;
Provide platform support (level 1–2).
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of solid experience with the Appian platform
Experience working in a diverse technology environment (on-premises applications, cloud solutions, and multiple integrations)
Demonstrated experience in a similar process digitization context
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the financial sector
Experience in software development
Strong problem-analysis and diagnostic skills
Experience providing environment/platform support
Hold Appian certification
Programming languages: Python, PowerShell
Experience working in Agile delivery models
Experience with a request/backlog management tool (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
