About the role

  • Group Product Manager leading strategy, roadmaps, and Agile delivery for OPENLANE’s digital used-vehicle marketplace. Mentoring product managers and aligning cross-functional teams around data-driven KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a product vision for the product portfolio
  • Build and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with the product vision
  • Ensure roadmap execution through agile methodologies
  • Lead an Agile development team through product discovery and execution
  • Create user stories and manage the product backlog
  • Apply data-driven strategies to inform business decisions
  • Track product release success against company KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners, and stakeholders
  • Mentor and lead Product Managers and Business Analysts through the Agile process
  • Act as liaison to senior leadership and report on product portfolio impact and progress

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing, technology-related business role as a product manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Proven success in developing business cases, roadmaps, and product execution strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to work across an organization, incorporating feedback from internal stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize capabilities that benefit varying user needs across a heterogeneous organization
  • Strong communication skills with audiences ranging from engineers to C-level executives
  • Experience in product strategy development, agile methodologies, and team leadership
  • Management experience
  • Nice to have: experience in a similar industry or with similar Digital Marketplace products
  • Nice to have: familiarity with advanced data analytics tools
  • Nice to have: experience managing remote or distributed teams
