About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product strategy for strategic wholesale sales analytics and data
  • Connect the roadmap to measurable outcomes for brands, retail customers, and the network
  • Conduct ongoing discovery with brands and retail businesses
  • Understand performance measurement, reporting gaps, and decision-making needs
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to translate complex models into clear product direction
  • Define success metrics, measure post-launch outcomes, and iterate based on evidence
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and strategic partners to drive adoption and value
  • Manage dependencies across adjacent product surfaces, data infrastructure, the shopping experience, and AI-powered wholesale features
  • Contribute to team and organizational objectives
  • Deliver tools that enable brands and retailers to answer critical business questions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Proven track record delivering data-driven or analytics-focused products in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Analytical mindset and comfort with KPIs, data models, and product metrics
  • Experience conducting customer research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
  • Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative feedback into product direction
  • Effective collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing teams in a cross-functional, distributed environment
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to make trade-offs with incomplete information
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills tailored to technical teams, senior leadership, and customers
  • Familiarity with Agile product development practices and modern product management tools
  • Experience with reporting products, business intelligence (BI), or dashboards is a plus, but not required
  • SQL proficiency or hands-on experience working with Data teams on data models and pipelines is a plus, but not required
  • Understanding of wholesale, retail, or merchandising workflows is a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with AI concepts or recommendation systems applied to business intelligence or analytics products is a plus, but not required
