Bilingual automotive software trainer helping PBS dealerships implement PBS’s Dealer Management System. Delivering virtual and onsite training across Canada, the U.S., and Caribbean customer sites.
Responsibilities
Develop a thorough understanding of PBS software and related training processes
Deliver and independently manage assigned virtual and onsite training sessions for new and existing customers
Guide customers through software implementation and installations
Become an independent installation resource
Handle assigned DTO Cornerstone tickets promptly
Demonstrate the PBS Dealer Management System and provide excellent customer service
Respond to internal and external training requests
Document tickets and escalate issues to the appropriate teams
Stay current with evolving process documentation
Share knowledge across teams and contribute to learning and development
Expand product knowledge and participate in cross-training
Support a collaborative, positive team environment
Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
Fluent in French and English, including speaking, reading, and writing
1–2 years of experience in a car dealership environment focused on sales
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools
Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month
Valid passport
U.S. visa, if applicable
Full, valid, unrestricted driver's licence
Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Effective time-management and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Outstanding documentation abilities
High school diploma
