About the role
- Bilingual automotive software trainer helping PBS dealerships implement PBS’s Dealer Management System. Delivering virtual and onsite training across Canada, the U.S., and Caribbean customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of PBS software and related training processes
- Deliver and independently manage assigned virtual and onsite training sessions for new and existing customers
- Guide customers through software implementation and installations
- Become an independent installation resource
- Handle assigned DTO Cornerstone tickets promptly
- Demonstrate the PBS Dealer Management System and provide excellent customer service
- Respond to internal and external training requests
- Document tickets and escalate issues to the appropriate teams
- Stay current with evolving process documentation
- Share knowledge across teams and contribute to learning and development
- Expand product knowledge and participate in cross-training
- Support a collaborative, positive team environment
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English, including speaking, reading, and writing
- 1–2 years of experience in a car dealership environment focused on sales
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools
- Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month
- Valid passport
- U.S. visa, if applicable
- Full, valid, unrestricted driver's licence
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Outstanding documentation abilities
- High school diploma
