About the role

  • Bilingual automotive software trainer helping PBS dealerships implement PBS’s Dealer Management System. Delivering virtual and onsite training across Canada, the U.S., and Caribbean customer sites.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of PBS software and related training processes
  • Deliver and independently manage assigned virtual and onsite training sessions for new and existing customers
  • Guide customers through software implementation and installations
  • Become an independent installation resource
  • Handle assigned DTO Cornerstone tickets promptly
  • Demonstrate the PBS Dealer Management System and provide excellent customer service
  • Respond to internal and external training requests
  • Document tickets and escalate issues to the appropriate teams
  • Stay current with evolving process documentation
  • Share knowledge across teams and contribute to learning and development
  • Expand product knowledge and participate in cross-training
  • Support a collaborative, positive team environment
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • 1–2 years of experience in a car dealership environment focused on sales
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month
  • Valid passport
  • U.S. visa, if applicable
  • Full, valid, unrestricted driver's licence
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Outstanding documentation abilities
  • High school diploma
