Bilingual automotive software trainer supporting dealership implementations across North America.
Delivering virtual and onsite PBS DMS training while traveling to customer sites.
Responsibilities
Deliver expert training and support in English and French to new and existing customers using PBS Dealer Management Software.
Conduct primarily virtual training sessions to guide customers through software implementation.
Provide onsite training at dealerships during new software installations.
Develop a thorough understanding of PBS software and training processes.
Independently manage and deliver assigned training sessions.
Become an independent installation resource.
Handle assigned DTO Cornerstone tickets in a timely manner.
Demonstrate the PBS DMS and provide excellent, solutions-focused customer service.
Respond to internal and external training requests.
Document tickets and escalate issues to the appropriate teams.
Maintain current knowledge of evolving process documentation.
Share knowledge across teams and contribute to learning and development.
Expand product knowledge and participate in cross-training opportunities.
Support a collaborative and positive team environment.
Travel to customer sites across Canada, the USA, and the Caribbean, approximately two weeks per month.
Requirements
Fluent in French and English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
1–2 years of experience in a car dealership environment, focused on sales.
Strong computer skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to two weeks per month.
Valid passport required.
U.S. visa required if applicable.
Valid unrestricted driver's licence required.
Excellent communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
PBS software experience is a strong asset.
Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions is a strong asset.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Outstanding documentation abilities.
High school diploma.
