Work closely with business and technology stakeholder to facilitate, interview, extract, and document detail functional and non-functional requirements.
Liaise with business stakeholders to understand industry trends and business priorities that must be factored into solution designs.
Define and communicate system requirements at the appropriate level of detail to ensure requirements are concise enough to drive the establishment of the right technology solution.
Analyze and conceptualize design of the solution, working with the Solution Architects, Vendors, Software Developers and Quality Assurance Analysts to achieve the business objectives.
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with business, technology and vendor teams.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and effectively manage competing priorities, scope changes, and conflicting requirements.
Requirements
BSc in Business Administration or/and Computer Science
5+ years progressive experience working in a Business Analyst, Solution Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Solution Analyst in a software development environment.
Strong business side knowledge of the health and wellness space and ability to rapidly acquire analysis methods and processes using a framework.
Understanding of ETL (data transformation) processes, tools and practices, including mapping specifications.
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) and/or Agile-related certifications (PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or Agile BA) are considered an asset.
