About the role

Responsibilities
- Translate validated user problems into fast, functional MVPs
- Own the full stack: from AI integrations to modular codebases
- Build and ship rapidly without over-engineering
- Manage the product roadmap in tight sync with the CEO
- Drive clean UX, performance, and iteration speed
- Leverage LLMs, automation, and AI-native tooling to 10x recruiting workflows
- Build smart growth loops and feedback mechanisms into the product
- Own code quality, technical hiring, and engineering standards from day one
- Set a high bar for performance, security, and scalability
- Contribute directly as a solo builder while preparing for scale
- Operate as the internal compass for all things tech
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and scaling SaaS products or AI tools
- Strong experience with AI/LLMs, automation, and modern full-stack frameworks
- Experience shipping products end-to-end in a startup or lean environment
- Deep knowledge of low-code tools, APIs, and third-party integrations
- Ability to work solo in the early stages, scrappy, focused, and autonomous
- High standards for code quality, UX, and engineering speed
