About the role
- Instructional Designer creating customer learning programs for Pigment’s AI-powered business planning platform. Developing e-learning, video, and interactive courses that drive customer adoption.
Responsibilities
- Strategize and design comprehensive customer learning programs and certifications for the Pigment Academy
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and key stakeholders
- Apply adult learning principles to develop and deliver learning experiences across e-learning, video, and interactive courses
- Translate product knowledge into clear, accessible customer learning content
- Manage the end-to-end instructional design lifecycle, including needs analyses, content-gap identification, assessment development, and program-effectiveness evaluation
- Stay up-to-date with product releases and ensure learning materials reflect the latest features and innovations
- Research learning and development trends, including AI-powered technologies
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on schedule
Requirements
- 3+ years of instructional design experience
- Experience in the SaaS and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) space preferred
- Strong command of authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Synthesia, Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Data-driven approach using insights to inform design decisions
- Highly collaborative approach and ability to work with a team
