About the role

  • Production Coordinator supporting the successful delivery of game projects at Virtuos. Collaborating with producers and artists to ensure high-quality work on time.

Responsibilities

  • Support Producers and Art Leads in the day-to-day management of multiple projects.
  • Maintain project schedules, task tracking, and milestone planning.
  • Update project management tools (Jira, Hansoft, spreadsheets, etc.).
  • Monitor project progress and help identify risks or blockers early.
  • Ensure project information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and capture actionable notes.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure decisions are properly communicated.
  • Facilitate communication between artists, leads, production, and clients when required.
  • Support onboarding and integration of new team members.
  • Prepare project status reports and dashboards.
  • Track asset delivery progress and maintain production documentation.
  • Support billing, purchase order, and contractor tracking processes.
  • Assist with project setup and project closure activities, including post-mortems.

Requirements

  • Candidates with at least one year’s experience as an Associate Producer managing internal teams within the games industry (Software Engineers, Artists, Designers, Audio Specialists, Senior Project Managers, Associate Producers, etc.) are preferred.
  • Recent graduates with a background in game design or digital media and excellent English communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Creative, pragmatic, and able to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles and keep projects on track.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • English fluency.
  • Familiarity with Agile & Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience using Jira, Hansoft, Shotgrid, or similar production tools is a plus.
  • Passion for video games — being a gamer is a must.
