About the role

Production Planning Coordinator overseeing work order planning and production activities at Stanpro. Collaborating with teams to ensure operational flow and parts availability.

Responsibilities

Support manufacturing operations by scheduling work orders and coordinating production activities.
Contribute to managing parts availability, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining smooth operations.
Work closely with production, engineering, and customer service teams to meet priorities and deadlines.
Analyze missing parts and coordinate solutions with engineering and materials teams.
Prioritize work orders based on customer deadlines, inventory needs, and production capacity.
Manage rush orders and ensure daily coordination with production teams.
Participate in overall planning, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Print labels in accordance with the Bill of Materials (BOM).

Bilingual required (French and English, written and spoken)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP is an asset
Experience in the lighting industry or manufacturing is considered an asset
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
Proactive attitude
Ability to adapt quickly and reprioritize in a fast-changing environment
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially when verifying documents and labels
