About the role

Advertising Production Coordinator at Desjardins Group overseeing the coordination of creative projects and campaigns. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure deadlines and requirements are met.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all steps of the team’s graphic design and copywriting production process.
Use our project management tools to communicate with our internal collaborators.
Organize and host follow-up meetings with the production teams.
Oversee work assigned to freelancers for design, copywriting and audiovisual services.
Propose solutions to optimize processes and maximize production efficiency.
Handle quality assurance of deliverables.
Make sure all deliverables and deadlines are met.
Be the main contact person for internal and external collaborators during production.
Follow-up on projects in a diligent manner and manage priorities effectively.
Collaborate closely with creative experts (producers, designers, copywriters, etc.).
Make recommendations to improve production processes.
Keep up with advertising trends and new production methods.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, production or a related field
At least two years of experience in communications and/or marketing in an agency environment
Advanced proficiency in French, written and spoken
Intermediate proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Knowledge of graphic design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
