About the role
- Process Design Assistant designing and improving automated workflows for ProfitCoach’s property management clients. Documenting SOPs, assuring quality, and evaluating property-management technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement processes for property management operations, sales, new services, and client-specific needs
- Implement and test processes in workflow automation software
- Analyze and improve process efficiency, task delegation, timelines, and automation opportunities
- Optimize workflows according to PM Ops Standards, industry best practices, and client-specific requirements
- Create, revise, and maintain SOPs for internal use and client engagements
- Translate processes into visual diagrams using tools such as LucidChart
- Ensure process quality, consistency, and reliable execution across custom scenarios and exceptions
- Champion continuous process development and improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote efficiency and innovation
- Evaluate emerging tools in the property management technology stack and recommend solutions for client engagements
Requirements
- Ability to conceptualize and design processes for core property management operations, Sales, new services, and client-specific needs
- Ability to implement and test processes within workflow automation software
- Strong understanding of workflow software processes and systems
- Proficiency in workflow design and no-code process automation tools, especially Zapier
- Experience with LeadSimple, Aptly, and Appfolio software preferred but not required
- Comfort exploring and leveraging AI tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Aptitude for project management, including planning, execution, and documentation
- Excited about the eating, drinking, & sleeping process :-)
