About the role

  • GTM Engineer building AI-powered workflows and internal tools for Pogo’s enterprise AI SaaS product. Automating sales and growth operations to improve pipeline, conversion, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Ship AI-powered workflows that scale growth and sales motions
  • Audit the existing GTM stack, identify gaps and redundancies, and ship improvements
  • Embed with sales and growth teams to turn successful plays into repeatable systems
  • Build internal tools and agents for lead routing, enrichment, outbound personalization, account research, content distribution, and attribution
  • Evaluate when to use off-the-shelf tools versus custom solutions
  • Partner with engineering and design to test features, provide feedback, and dogfood AI capabilities for GTM use cases
  • Publish playbooks and internal guides
  • Ship systems that improve pipeline, conversion, and retention
  • Iterate and ship weekly while responding to user feedback and data

Requirements

  • Likely 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience, including some applied to GTM, growth, or revenue systems
  • Heavy use of AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex, with non-trivial shipped work
  • Experience building with LLMs and AI agents, including RAG, evals, tool use, and prompt engineering
  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools such as Clay, HubSpot or Salesforce, Apollo, Cargo, Gong, and Outreach/Instantly
  • Fluency with APIs, webhooks, and integrations
  • Strong product and design judgment
  • Systems-oriented approach to automating operational problems
  • Commercial understanding of sales calls and growth dashboards
  • Clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience building and maintaining production systems used by real users
  • Experience at early-stage startups or building personal products is a bonus
  • Experience shipping AI agents that affected a revenue metric is a bonus
  • Background in RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Engineering is a bonus
  • Willingness to work fully remotely with occasional travel for team offsites
  • College degree information requested in the application form, but no degree is stated as a job requirement
