Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reporting solutions from scratch
Enhance existing dashboards and reporting workflows for usability, performance, scalability, and maintainability
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and other stakeholders to gather requirements
Troubleshoot dashboard, visualization, and data pipeline issues
Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting outputs
Proactively identify opportunities for workflow improvements and optimization of BI processes
Provide guidance and knowledge sharing support to junior team members
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related discipline, or equivalent focused professional experience
2–4 years of experience working with BI or analytics tools (e.g., AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI)
Strong working knowledge of SQL and data querying concepts
Understanding of data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools such as AWS Athena, AWS Glue, or AWS Redshift is considered an asset.
