About the role
- Product Designer leading UX design process from discovery to delivery for AI and data platform startup. Owning end-to-end design and collaborating with teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design
- Lead the full UX design process — from discovery and concept through to final implementation
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs
- Own and evolve the design system
- Participate in product discovery to understand user needs
- Plan and conduct user research and usability testing
- Collaborate with stakeholders and developers
- Stay current with design best practices, emerging tools, and industry trends
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product design
- Proficient in Figma for design and prototyping
- Solid grounding in UX fundamentals: interaction design, visual design, content design, accessibility, and usability
- Experience in agile product teams across the full spectrum from discovery to delivery
- Nice to have: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Experience building or maintaining a design system from scratch
- Background in B2B or enterprise SaaS product design
- Experience at an early-stage startup or lean product team where you wore multiple hats
- Familiarity with data-heavy or technically complex product domains
